Our hospitality team oversees church decor and preparations for special events including social lunches such as the Chili Cook off, Easter, and Christmas. No event is too small or too large for this team to plan, coordinate, and serve. They also ensure the church is restocked on supplies each week.

Hope Church places high value on including children and youth as an integral part of our congregation. Trained volunteers love, minister and teach the word of God to all ages from birth to 18 yrs in our Nursery, Hope4Kids and Youth Group programs.

We enjoy diverse music (old, new and updated) to help engage worshipers from all church/musical backgrounds. We include traditional hymns, favorite worship songs from the past few decades, and modern Christian radio.  We also incorporate many old hymns done in updated tunes/styles. Our Hope Church Worship Team also works the projection system, online broadcasts, and the sound system so you do not need to be musically inclined to join us.

We take praying for each other and the needs of our people seriously. Prior to Sunday Worship, Prayer Team members gather to pray for our Hope Church families. Serving the community right here in San Antonio is important at Hope Church.  Our Outreach efforts often link together with other ministries such as the youth group and small groups in an effort to give everyone the opportunity to serve and love the people of our community. Hope partners with Blue Print Ministries to assist people of San Antonio who need a helping hand.  Hope participates in supporting the SS American Memorial which is a military outreach for wounded warriors and veterans.

This team of handymen and handywomen ensure the building and grounds are maintained. From mowing the lawn, planting flowers, beautification, and making minor repairs, this team takes care of the many things people don't think about until something goes wrong!

The Hope marketing team brings a public face to Hope Church by managing content on the website as well as contributing to social media: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Photography, writing, design and creativity are all needed on this team!

Our admin team supports many of the various ministries with office related tasks as well as performs several other behind the scenes functions that keep the doors open. This team serves as a sort of air traffic controller, linking together multiple ministry teams to plan, organize, and problem-solve.
